Abstract: At present, recycling is based on the waste management direction which promotes reuse and recycling in the management of manufactured products. Full systems are tested and repaired if necessary. Items which cannot be repaired are disassembled, sorted and transformed into reusable raw material. The aim of this paper is to develop an evaluation system for recycling. Product services are evaluated in order to establish the component functioning state. The proposed evaluation contains three parts: a test system, a fault detection and a fault diagnosis system. The test system has been designed using the determinist sequence generation.
