Résumé: Les démarches « Qualité » qui sont proposées aux entreprises comportent implicitement l’intégration de la dynamique de l’environnement. Nous proposons à partir du cas d’une grande entreprise industrielle de montrer le poids de l’interprétation des événements et de l’animation des compétences pour développer une solution « Qualité » cohérente.

Abstract: The « Quality » approaches that are proposed to firms implicitly involve the integration of the environment dynamic. From the case of a an industrial firm we point out the importance of the events interpretation and the competence animation in evolving a coherent « Quality » solution.
